The winner of the 2008 ASA Sand Limo Giveaway Buggy and H&H Trailer, selected at the 2009 Sand Sports Super Show, is Herb Engel of San Diego, California. Herb has been a duning enthusiast since the mid-1970’s, and spends about 40 days a year in the dunes.
